3. Counter-Notification

If you are the user who posted content that was removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notice if you believe the content was removed in error or misidentification. A counter-notification must include the following:

a. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).

b. A description of the content that was removed and the location where the content appeared before it was removed.

c. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

d. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if you are outside the United States, the judicial district in which Pro Cars Hub is located.

e. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.


4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Pro Cars Hub has a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate actions as needed to ensure compliance with copyright laws.
